It also helps to know what resources the group already has at their disposal. We track and map our available resources on hand, and make our resource lists available to you, to help you decide whether Leatherbound is the right group to help you hit the ground running in your area of interest.

At Leatherbound, we have full time employees, and often pay our employees to perform title and mapping services speculatively (meaning, in areas we believe a client may later be interested in, and at our own expense). This allows us to keep our full time employees busy, even during a down cycle, and it also lets us share with you reports which are owned by our group. Feel free to download the below items to get a feel for the type of work we can provide. All we ask is that you do not further disseminate our sample materials. Also, and just to be clear --> if you hire us, we do not "sell" or "disseminate" or "re-use" the reports which you paid for, neither for our own gain, nor for the benefit of any third party, all as further defined in the Master Services Agreement.
